A CoolEdit inspired spectral analyzer plugin for McBee.
Once upon a time CoolEdit(trademark of Syntrillium/Adobe) had an amazing spectral analyzer with spearate channel visualisation and linear and logarithmic frequency scales. It was used as an inspiration for the current MusicBee plugin.
The following features are available:
Version History:
1.5:
2.0:
Note1: The plugin consists of five files: mb_CoolEditNostalgia.dll, NostalgiaD2D.dll d2dlib32.dll, d2dlibexport.dll, d2dwinform.dll. To use GDI you have to copy only mb_CoolEditNostalgia.dll to the plugins folder of MusicBee, or all of them in the case of Direct2D rendering.
Note2: CoolEdit is a trademark of Syntrillium/Adobe and is used here just to note the idea of the plugin. I'm not the owner of this trademark, nor I pretend to be, when using the word CoolEdit.
Note3: The Direct2D rendering uses the library open-source D2DLib of Jingwood (unvell.com). A license note is supplied to the package.
Note4: To remove the plugin remove the above mentioned dlls and optionally the settings file (\AppData\CoolEdit Nostalgia.ini).
